She was exiting UnitingCare West's Tranby Centre with a friend, as the morning sun warmed the pavement in Perth, Western Australia...so i asked her to smile.

🙏❤️ This is #4 of 5, in our collaboration with UCW and their #TransformTranby initiative. The images are part of the #EndHomelessnessWA campaign, and were made in Perth, at UCW's inner city 'Tranby' centre.

I spent two days there meeting and making images of people who were strangers to me. This mini-series coincidentally also marks so i asked them to smile's 300th smile.

I want to thank all the lovely people who agreed to be photographed for this collaboration.
